Just a few notes. While around $50, this bottle does not fit within our $25 and under price range, but was a gift from Titus to my mother after her home burned down in 2020. They are wonderful people.
Here are our notes, opened and consumed on 5/30/22.

Nose: smooth, hint of cranberry
Color: dark auburn
Start: black pepper
Middle: bell pepper, rhubarb, late-harvest raisin
End: raisin, extracted, more dry/less fruity
AVA: Napa Valley
Conclusion: delightfully dry zinfandel. Zinfandel is frequently the last grape to be harvested in Napa, with the Brix between 29-32. Zins can range from fruity to dry and Titus has fermented all of those sugars fully – this is a dry zin.
Score: 93/100
